As the Digital Media & CRM Lead for Korea, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing and CRM strategy to grow traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and build lasting customer relationships.Reporting to the E-commerce & Marketing Manager and working closely with both global teams and local agencies, you will manage all paid media and CRM activities, ensuring local relevance while aligning with global brand direction.What you will do:Digital MarketingDevelop and execute the local digital marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic, brand engagement, and sales growth.Manage and optimize paid media channels (paid social, SEM, affiliate), including budgeting, campaign execution, testing, and performance analysis.Collaborate with the global digital marketing team to align objectives, share insights, and ensure consistency.Monitor, analyze, and report performance across all digital touchpoints with a focus on ROI and actionable insights.Explore and test new digital platforms and media opportunities relevant to the Korean market.CRM & Customer Lifecycle ManagementOwn the local CRM strategy and execution, from customer acquisition to retention and reactivation.Implement data-driven CRM initiatives that drive engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.Define and track CRM KPIs, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns and tactics.Manage day-to-day CRM operations, campaign development, segmentation, and personalization.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling CRM campaigns and journeys.Conduct data mining and audience analysis to uncover actionable customer insights.Cross-functional Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the E-Commerce team to support performance goals and enhance digital conversion.Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and digital platform partners.Provide regular reports on digital and CRM performance (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).Act as a key contributor to the overall marketing planning process, bringing local market expertise and customer-centric thinking.
