Director, Agile Release Train (ART) Engineer – Predictive Fraud Intelligence

Serves as the embodiment of agile transformation across the organizationFosters a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to learn from their experiencesEnables change to drive agile outcomes within the organizationContributes to architecture of the agile implementation, adapts, modifies processes with associated training where necessaryCollaborate with other functions to ensure alignment across activitiesLeads the everyday use of agile practices across the organizationFacilitates and manages sprints, quarterly business review, quarterly execution plans, mid-quarter review across two Agile Release Trains (ARTs)Monitors and manages operational delivery metrics and reportingtracks progress of the ART tracking key metrics along with reporting and managing operational delivery metricsCreates and maintains the delivery roadmap and p, holds the team accountable for delivery commitmentsAssesses teams’ operational understanding of agile practices, determines agile training requirements, develops and delivers Provides regular function-wide training and individual coaching on agile best practices as needed according to assessed needsThis is a hybrid position.
