Director, Cyber Products

Role Overview: The Director, Cyber Products is a senior product-focused role responsible for coordinating the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain. This role will partner with stakeholders across and outside Visa to develop thoroughly vetted requirements, drive product development, and guide market positioning of Visa's cyber products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.  

Key Responsibilities: Guide the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visa’s CISO team, Technology and Risk teams. Build business cases in support of the strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions. Define and articulate a clear vision for each cyber product. Lead requirements development and roadmap management, including backlog prioritization, for cyber products in all phases of their lifecycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation. Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth and success of the cyber products portfolio. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.  This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
