This role may require up to 60% travel both US and Canada.Key Responsibilities
Set vision aligned with business objectives
Achieve AOP goals
Drive strong MOS in team
Conduct strategic business discussions at the customer/owner level
Financially manage business via margins and profitability
Develop and maintain a baseline knowledge and understanding of Honeywell offerings and
solutions
Develop and mentor new and existing team members of varying levels of experience, providing
actionable coaching to enable growth
Develop leaders to effectively lead and manage their respective teams
Determine and communicate clear career path for those on their team by prioritizing
active succession planning at all levels
Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
across the organization in order to remove barriers for the team
Act as a servant leader by guiding and providing support to team members who are maintaining
and creating new revenue across their territories
Manage strategic planning
Implement strategic initiatives and lead change management
Promote Inclusion and Diversity across team
YOU MUST HAVE:
Financial proficiency at the P&L level
Significant and proven experience of managing and leading a team of salespeople
Previous experience in related industries
Previous experience of product sales
CRM expertise
Strong business acumen
Ability to effectively lead organizational change
Ability to build AOP and deliver strong results
Proven results in negotiating with internal and external key stakeholders
Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally (as necessary)
Experience in standard productivity software suites (e.g. Microsoft Office)
