We are seeking an experienced self -motivated individual with strong communication skills to work in our Falls Church office.

We are hiring a weekend night shift employee. Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am.

Written and verbal skills are needed.

Multi-tasking is a must.

Responsibilities:

Answering multiple phone lines

Dispatch of calls timely

Knowledge of computerized dispatch software a plus

Effectively communicate and serve as the liaison between drivers and customers

Communicate with the customers keeping them informed of delivery

Coordinating on-call schedules for drivers

Release of vehicles to registered owner

Working as a team with all other co-workers
