Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to join our team as a Marketing Assistant / Realtor. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a real estate background who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced property management and sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage residential property listings across multiple platforms, including Bright MLS and various online rental portals

Write and edit property descriptions, ensuring accuracy and engaging presentation

Coordinate and track listing, showing, and leasing activity

Assist with property management operations as needed

Support the leasing and marketing team with photos, signage, and digital marketing efforts

Handle basic administrative and transaction-related tasks for active listings and leases

Qualifications:

Active real estate license required in Washington, D.C., Virginia and MD

Marketing experience in real estate or property management is a plus

Experience entering listings into Bright MLS and writing property descriptions preferred

Prior experience as a transaction coordinator for a real estate team is highly desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Reliable personal transportation required
