Document Management Analyst I
  • Receives, downloads or stages, and logs incoming productions in ATR's.
  • CMTS, runs off-network virus scans on the productions, and copies them to the network for loading.
  • Reviews CMTS records for accuracy and completeness, and informs case managers of issues to be pursued with staff regarding instructions provided.
  • Duplicates production and discovery media.
  • Is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Is a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, and imaging systems.
  • Coordinates with the other EPC team members to ensure prioritized productions are available for loading.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
  • One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in computer related such as CompTIA A+ or related college computer courses.
  • Basic knowledge of imaging software helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of Relativity helpful.
  • Basic knowledge working with computers and copying electronic data.
