For immediate consideration, apply today and contact Grace Nowlin at (202) 998-8423 for additional details!Responsibilities: Oversee the processing and verification of customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records in the database Respond to customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer credit accounts regularly for any discrepancies or issues Implement actions to collect delinquent payments from customers Contribute to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) projects as required Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Clintegrity, Legalkey, and Microsoft Excel for data entry and management tasks Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and consumer electronics standards Manage correspondence related to customer credit accounts Maintain effective time management with the use of 'About Time' tool.Requirements Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing. Demonstrated experience with Clintegrity for enhanced data integrity. Familiarity with Legalkey software for efficient records management. Ability to utilize Management System for overseeing and coordinating tasks. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with About Time software for effective time tracking and management. Understanding of compliance standards within the financial services industry. Knowledge of consumer electronics for troubleshooting and technical support. Excellent correspondence skills for clear and effective communication. Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
