Description We are seeking a meticulous eDS Records Manager to join our team in the financial services industry based in Washington, District of Columbia. This role primarily involves processing and maintaining customer credit applications, records, and inquiries as well as monitoring customer credit accounts. Ensuring the maintenance of precise customer credit records. Addressing and resolving customer credit inquiries effectively. Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions for delinquent payments. Utilizing skill sets such as Adobe Acrobat, Clintegrity, Legalkey, and Microsoft Excel to perform daily tasks. Adhering to compliance regulations within the consumer electronics industry. Managing correspondence and data entry related tasks. Utilizing the 'About Time' management system to manage and track tasks. Contributing to the AML project by providing necessary support and input. Ensuring all tasks are performed adhering to the industry's best practices.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential for managing and organizing digital documents. Knowledge of Clintegrity is required for accurate data management. Familiarity with Legalkey software is crucial for managing legal records and correspondence. Experience with Management Systems is necessary for overseeing and coordinating departmental processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed for data analysis and record-keeping tasks. Understanding of 'About Time' software is essential for efficient timekeeping and project management. Demonstrated knowledge of compliance within the financial services industry is required. Familiarity with Consumer Electronics is necessary for understanding and working with various technology tools. Strong skills in correspondence are needed for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in data entry is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
