Electric Bike Shop Weekend Associate

We sell, service and rent electric bicycles. We are looking for a mature and disciplined individual with excellent communication skills who is a team player.

You must be reliable, punctual and have very good interpersonal skills. You must be able to use a computer proficiently. Initially, your duties will be to:

-greet and welcome customers entering the store

-answer telephone calls

-listen to customers' needs and establish rapport

-convey product knowledge

-explain the operation of e-bikes and facilitate test-rides

-complete sales transactions using the store POS system

-input and stock inventory

-make minor adjustments and repairs to bicycles

-keep the store clean and organized

-follow all store policies and procedures

Hours are 10am-6pm

Saturday and Sunday
