Evening and Weekend Care Assistant, Cinderford area

We're looking for a new team member who will visit clients in their own homes during the evening and weekends, located in and around Cinderford. No two client visits are never the same and each client has an individual Care Plan tailored to their needs and aims. Care plans may include:Personal care, helping your client to wash and dress, or help with self-care.Support with medications.Meal preparation and cooking dishes from scratch.Companionship including accompanying clients around their local area.
