Executive Estate Accountant needed for an HNWI individual in Washington, DC

Salary range: $175K - $225K plus all benefits, bonuses and vac pay

The Principal has multiple properties :

- Washington D.C.

- Miami, FL

- New York, N.Y.

- Southampton, N.Y.

Qualifications necessary for the candidate:

Must be able to handle all financial matters relating to and oversee all operations throughout those properties.

- Payments to vendors

- Payroll for staff @ all properties

- Assisting the household manager with hiring additional staff members

- Knowledge of Real Estate Taxes and Regulations

- Applicant Must Live in the Washington, DC area to qualify for this position

- Must have references and be able to pass a background check

- ALL FEES ARE PAID BY THE EMPLOYER
