Family Accountant needed for an HNWI individual in Washington, DC and four other properties

Salary range: $175K - $225K plus all benefits, bonuses and vac pay

Qualifications necessary for the candidate:

Must be able to handle all financial matters relating to and oversee all operations throughout those properties.

- Payments to vendors

- Handling Payroll for staff of all properties

- Assisting the household manager with hiring additional staff members

- Knowledge of Real Estate Taxes and Regulations

- Applicant Must Live in the Washington, DC area to qualify for this position

- Must have references and be able to pass a background check
