- Develop and execute the marketing and sales plan that identifies a go-to-market strategy with short, medium and long-term targets.
- Meet or exceed the targets set in the marketing and sales plan.
- Develop presentations and other materials that describe STPs market offerings for potential clients.
- Review and recommend and create enhancements to STPs marketing materials.
- Increase the potential for winning new business in the federal marketplace though marketing and client visibility.
- Develop a marketing and sales organization that will provide significant sustainable growth in the Federal Information Technology (IT) market.
- Develop a new client base in two new agencies within 6 to 12 months.
- Translating technological capabilities and expertise into clear customer messaging.
- Develop and help implement teaming relationships with other firms that are mutually beneficial.
- Capture one new contract on GSA IT 70 within 12 months.
- Must have demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing and sales plans, capturing new business and success in growing a companys market share in the Federal Information Technology (IT) marketplace.
- Requires 10 Years experience in Federal Government Information Technology (IT) Marketing and Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to define marketing materials and WEB sites.
- Experience presenting to C level executives.
- Demonstrated track record growing a small business in the Federal Information Technology (IT) marketplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position
