About the Role

We are a growing company looking for an experienced, hands‑on technician who can take the lead on a wide range of maintenance and repair work. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year) with steady, year‑round work and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do

-Take ownership of maintenance and repair projects from start to finish

-Perform work across multiple trades, including light electrical, light plumbing, masonry, general repairs, and other site work

-Solve problems on the spot, make decisions, and ensure quality results without constant supervision

-Coordinate with team members and occasionally guide others when needed

What We’re Looking For

-A reliable, multi‑skilled professional who can work independently

-Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and basic building systems

-Must speak English clearly; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

-Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to tackle varied tasks
