Job Description As a valued colleague on our Finance Transformation Office team, you will contribute to the end-to-end management of programs that address strategic initiatives, operational needs, and other key business issues by aligning multiple projects, products, processes, and stakeholders. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Finance - Program Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Help support and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of one of the major strategic initiatives in Finance.
Help manage the program budget and forecast to ensure the financial hygiene of the program.
Track and report on goals and processes for a program or initiative.
Bring transparency to the program’s health, progress, risks, status, etc. through reports, metrics, and ad-hoc presentation materials.
Help facilitate communication and collaboration within program workstreams and stakeholders
Collaborate with the team on designing and implementing a program or initiative.
Create goals and processes for a program or initiative.
Monitor the progress for a program or initiative.
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gain support for a program or initiative.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences2 years related experience
Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
Experience in managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
Adept in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information at the appropriate level and grain based on the audience
Experience in budget management and resource forecasting
Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, planning, and distributing communication
Influencing skills including facilitating meetings, negotiating, persuading others, and resolving conflictrelationship
Skilled in Excel
Desired ExperiencesBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS)

Understanding of Agile methodology and the SDLC process
The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.

Experience using scheduling software to book events
Skilled in Tableau or Power BI
Experience using Microsoft Project
Experience using JIRA
