REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE Responsibilities: • Provide project management support, to include communications, project planning and tracking from project inception through implementation.• Ability to analyze detailed finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities and promote efficiency and compliance. Ability to develop business process documentation and related guidance.• Provide support to a dynamic client, supporting business process improvement to address government-wide or client-defined objectives.• Facilitate process improvement efforts across a variety of financial management, operational, and system stakeholders.• Evaluate and document existing processes.

Required: Minimum Years of Experience: 5Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degreeCertification(s) Preferred: Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Current CPA license or current certification such as the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CISA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other applicable certification

Security Clearance: Top Secret is contractually required

Preferred: Demonstrates proven thorough abilities in the following areas:• Audits and/or Internal control assessments;• Has the ability to identify and address client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential risks to team leadership• Demonstrates proven knowledge and success in advising federal clients in improving financial management business processes. Knowledge of the federal environment and common regulations and guidance.• Demonstrated capabilities performing business process reviews and re-engineering, documenting processes, and developing policy and procedure documentation.• Demonstrates the ability to understand client needs, participate within a dynamic team environment, and communicate throughout internal and external network in a manner that allows for successful execution of tasks.• Willingness to learn and participate in business development activities and internal firm objectives.• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI preferred
