We are looking for Restaurant Floor Managers to join our team and oversee staff, operations and events of casual dining restaurant. Responsibilities include developing a positive brand image through consistent, elevated customer service, supervising employees and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful, team leader and a confident decision-maker. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurants, as well as the long-term success of our employees.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations
Enforce restaurant policies and procedures
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)
Skills:
Proven experience or similar executive role
Knowledge of restaurant business process and functions
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to obtain ABRA and Food Protection Manager licenses
BS/BA in Business is a plus
