Garden help needed—townhouse garden across from Supreme Court

$28 an hour for gardening/landscaping - We need someone familiar with hardware store type hose/irrigation/sprinkler timer system, small chain saw/electric pruning

We need garden worker — smart, with landscape, garden, farm or other outdoor experience, well organized, energetic, willing and able man (or strong woman ) to do landscaping work for older retired couple with urban garden on Capitol Hill - no lawn just ivy, roses, wisteria, laurel, honeysuckle, trumpet vine, and 8 crape myrtles — really just a strong back, a bright young mind, and a willing spirit! A few hours every two or three weeks — Whatever works for you.
