General Dentist Position in Reston VA

Dear Dentists,

I am looking for a general dentist (novice or experienced) to bring to my office to do fillings, restorative, srp, crown and bridge, root canals for our patients.

I can offer guaranteed daily salary of $500 per day but you will have a very busy schedule from day 1 so you should be able to make more than guaranteed salary because we also pay 30% of collections depending on which is higher.

Our typical associates (who works full-time) take home about $200,000 annual salary working 4.5 days per week.

We had a more capable associate last year that was taking salary of $356,000 annual because he did implant, apicoectomy and retreatments. He was what I call a "heavy hitter" so he was able to easily make $356,000 annual. We had to terminate him because his communications skills were poor and we didnt like the way he talked with patients and even with Dr Ali the owner. However his technical capabilities were high and thus he was easily making $356,000 annual working 4.5 days per week. So production potential in my offices are very high, it only depends on what procedures you can perform.

Currently we are trying to replace a recent graduate doctor that is unfortunately leaving.

She already has a solid schedule that you would immediately take over. She has only been with us for 1 year and she currently takes home between $12,000 to $15,000 per month doing just fillings, crowns, some surgical extractions and some root canals.

The days we are looking for are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, , Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month.

If you want mentorship then I can also offer that. I am well versed in all the most complicated procedures

If you ever damage a tooth I will simply give the patient a free dental implant to fix the problem for you. If you are interested call me on my cell phone to discuss.
