HANDYMAN Carpenter Painter$80,000 - $140,000 / YEAR

Pay rate is $45 to $50 per hour for an insured CONTRACTOR. You need workmens comp and liability insurance.

We provide quality and reliable services throughout DC MD and VA. We are very busy and working Monday - Saturday Handymen earn $1600 to $3000 weekly

We are currently looking for a multi-skilled, all around professional Handyman/Carpenter / Painter

Pay rate is $45 to $50 per hour for an insured CONTRACTOR can go up to $45 per hour depending on you experience, equipment, professional transportation. We have great opportunities for advancement.

General requirements:

- Reliable, responsive and professional

- Your Own Professional Truck or Cargo Van with ladder racks and ladders.

- Fully equipped to handle all types of painting or Home Improvement assignments.

- Ladders for interior and exterior (extension ladders) projects

- Self starter, confident problem solving and working alone or with a team.

- Experience handling service calls and remodeling work

Skill requirements:

- Light electrical skills/knowledge

- Light plumbing skills/knowledge

- High level carpentry/maintenance skills

- High level tiling skills

- High level drywall and paint skills

What we offer:

- Full time work 5 to 6 days per week

- Starting rate of $45 to $50 per hour for Carpenter/ Handymen with opportunities to grow.
