CJ Beauty Hair Salon is a new hair salon in Falls Church opening its doors in Mid May. The salon is fresh, chic and embodies a luxurious touch with a focus on customer service and delivering top notch results to clientele. This is a drama-free salon. We want to work side by side with each other and grow as a team.

Our owner Cyrus is an amazing and compassionate stylist here to serve the needs of the clients and to make his staff feel empowered and reach their full potential. With over 25 years of experience he is a mentor, educator, teacher and motivational person here to help his staff grow.

We are now hiring talented and passionate hair stylists to join our growing team! Start date would be in mid May. We are dedicated to providing top-tier beauty services to our amazing clientele. We are fun, fair and excited to bring new talent. If you're creative, motivated, and love making people feel beautiful, we want to hear from you!

Position: Hair Stylist

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Schedule)

Contract Type: 1099 - Contractor

Location: Falls Church, VA

Pay: Commission

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a hair stylist

Must have a valid Cosmetology License

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong communication and customer service skills

Duties Include:

Providing hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services

Recommending products and services based on client needs. SELLING PRODUCTS IS NOT REQUIRED. Just need to give recommendations on which product is suitable for the clients hair.

Maintaining a clean and professional work station

Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Keeping up with current hair trends and techniques

Desired Skills & Traits:

Expertise in hair color, highlights, balayage and cutting techniques. Hair extensions is a bonus if you have this skill.

Skilled in blowouts

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Strong attention to detail and creativity
