Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in home improvement/Residential remodeling.

Must have experience on at least 2 of the following areas to apply:

General Home Improvement (Repairs and Maintenance).

Drywall Installation/Repair.

Bathroom Remodeling

Tile installation and repairs

Also interested in interviewing applicants with experience in multiple backgrounds.

Tiling.

Door and window repairs and replacements.

Basic understanding of electrical/Plumbing.

Exterior wood repair and water leakage problem solving.

Siding related work (repairs).

Roofing repairs.

Available job openings:

Full-time position ONLY.

No valid drivers license require to applied (Helpers only. All other applicants must have a valid drivers license to apply)

Applicants with a valid driver’s license will be given priority.

Compensation:

We offer hourly pay on a weekly basis.

Job related duties / Obligations:

Detailed work orders in writing are assigned for all projects/Repairs.

Must be able to read English and understand the scope of work in advance (if applying for a team leader position)

Work orders are to be followed as specified and will be inspected and supervised.

Project management:

All jobs are to be supervised by the company owner/manager or foreman.
