Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer Location: 1000 Independence Avenue, Washington, DC Type: Direct Hire What You Will Do: Meet directly with project stakeholders and project manager to plan and execute delivery Design, develop, and maintain software solutions on .NET technologies across front-end, middle-tier, and back-end components Write complex database queries to support user reporting requirements Provide production support, verify bugs reported by end users, and meet with stakeholders as needed to provide guidance on system features Develop and maintain integrations between systems and external data feeds Execute unit and system testing and support regression, integration, and user testing Author technical documentation Perform design and code reviews of implementations Required Skills: 8+ years of full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery, including end-to-end planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. 3+ years of Microsoft applications development Ability to debug and analyze errors, identify root cause, and implement patches in complex multi module applications 3+ years of IIS server administration 3+ years SQL Server, SQL, Transact-SQL, database design, query analysis and optimization 4+ years developing and maintaining REST and SOAP web services Desired Skills: Knowledgeable in .NET Web Forms, MVC, C#, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, CSS, HTML, XML, LINQ Database design, query analysis, and optimization Experience leading and mentoring junior and mid-level development staff Apache SOLR Search Server Telerik UI Framework Experience with DevSecOps technologies such as Jira, TFS, Git, Jenkins, Sonar, and Selenium Windows PowerShell Scripting Experience with Cloud-based Technologies such as AWS Experience with low-code platforms such as Appian or PowerApps Familiar with Agile development practices Excellent written and oral communication skills Years of Experience: 8+ years Certifications: .NET MCSA, MCSD and/or Java Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar Clearance Requirements: The clearance (Secret or TS) must be active.
