As a HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, you operate at both a strategic and operational level to design and implement HR initiatives that foster the growth of the brand, its management, and the development of both our business and people. In your role as HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, you are responsible for all office and store employees within your sales market(s).What you will do:Strategic and operational partnering with business leaders to align HR approaches with business goals.Work alongside Global HR, & Other Stories and support in implementing various initiatives, both in the sales offices & stores.Drive organizational development, collaboration and change processes.Support with talent management processes such as competence development and succession planning according to current and future business needs.Ensure the quality in the recruitment and introduction process and act as support through the process and follow up when needed.Together with managers, ensure the quality of our processes for health, work environment and employee relations, including labour law.Plan & communicate on different yearly HR activities (goal setting, employee surveys, award procedures etc.) and follow up.Being a strong role model and ambassador for our values and culture.
