Investigates employee concerns and issues and partners with management to broker resolution.Address complex employee relations matters, investigate, where appropriate, and provide appropriate recommendationsSupport managers with performance management, including documenting and communicating performance feedbackActs as project manager for HR related initiatives, managing the roll-out of regional initiatives in addition reductions in force and reorganizationsIdentifies and communicates workforce trends grounded in metrics and solid analysis; partners with HR and business leaders to develop solutions based on dataAnticipates / identifies organizational change opportunities and proactively partners with HR and business leaders to plan and manage change initiativesCoaches client business leaders and managers, continuously supporting their development in managing and leading employees and teamsDevelops deep understanding of the business and links HR strategy and practice to that of the business.Anticipates and supports responsible business(es)/functions through change, coaching and guiding managers and business leadersChampions global and regional HR strategy and uses to drive decision makingMaintains current knowledge of trends, practices and applicable state and federal laws and regulations, essential to professional practice of human resources and organization developmentEnsures business compliance with the legal labor and employment environment.Partners with external stakeholders for benefits administration & compliance.
