Senior User Experience DesignerProximity to DC area is nice for possible meetings however not required. Candidates with active clearances are desired but not required.

Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities
Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and associated design tools
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
Understanding of common software development and agile development practices

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree; 7+ years

Technology/Tools:

Human Centered Design (HCD) certification
Design thinking certification
HCD experience
