Longeviti LLC is searching for a Human Resources Analyst. Longeviti seeks a Human Resources Analyst to provide mission support to the US Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital OPS/ADMIN Support Service.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Must

    have an active Secret security clearance. Only candidates with a current Secret clearance will be considered.
  • Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and coordinate human resources activities of an organization (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, etc.) to support the Government
  • Compile and maintain personnel records
  • May provide expertise for other human resources areas (e.g. employee benefits, retirement, performance management, equal employment opportunity, etc.)
  • Office of Personnel Management-related human resources experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, Associate’s degree with 7 years of additional relevant work experience, or 9 years additional relevant experience.
