HVAC Supervisor

MEP Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our HVAC installation team. If you're a natural leader with a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a focus on quality, and a passion for mentoring technicians — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support HVAC technicians in the field

Oversee HVAC installations, start-ups, and service work

Ensure all work meets company standards and code compliance

Coordinate schedules, materials, and inspections

Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and provide field support

Communicate with clients, builders, and office staff to ensure job success

Train and mentor junior techs for growth and quality assurance

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience

Prior supervisory or lead tech experience preferred

Strong knowledge of residential and multi family HVAC systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills

EPA Certification required; HVAC Master or Journeyman License a plus

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
