- Supervise, prioritize, and coordinate activities of the IT network services and technical facilities staff
- Monitor and assign help desk tickets pertaining to infrastructure; ensure timely resolution and effective customer communication
- Analyze/troubleshoot issues to identify systemic problems and training gaps
- Supervise the procurement, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and support of workstations, laptops, phones, and peripherals
- Maintain/implement operational policies and procedures for standard IT operations
- Develop/maintain FAQs for staff allowing them to address common issues without IT assistance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of IT hands-on experience with network administration and IT Help Desk support
- 3+ years of experience supervising IT team members in network administration and/or IT Help Desk
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365
- Extensive technical infrastructure experience
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, physically deliver/install computer equipment and printers, crawl under desks for installation process and sit/stand for long periods of time
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE: Productivity) is a plus
