Supervises the creation, modification and management of all Department of State accounts, as well as the creation and modification of SNAP cards. The IT Mart lead also ensures that staff are trained and equipped to provide initial mobile and laptop support at tier 1 level.HOW AN IT MART TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Supervises assigned technical support staff in support of networked and stand-alone computer users and systems
Plans, prioritizes, and schedules IT Mart activities to ensure continuity of service
Develops and trains IT Mart staff
Analyzes IT Mart activities and develop tools and process improvements to optimize service
Supervises staff in recognizing, identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with information systems products and services
Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties
Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
