ITSM Manager for a long-term contract with our direct client in the metro DC area. This role is looking to interview and start the right person, right away!Please note: This role is remote for the time being. Once it is deemed safe to return to the office, candidate will be expected to return on site; with flexibility available.This role will ITIL / ITSM align process efforts from Discovery, design to implementation,operations and service improvement. This will also include utilizing best practice IT Service Management tools and methodologies to develop effective solutions to align business requirements. This candidate will be known for the ability to develop comprehensive cost effective solutions.Must haves: • ITSM Tool - Jira Service Management Customization• Service Desk & End User Support• ITSM Continual Service Improvement• Gap / Interdependency Analysis• Change Management• ITIL Framework• Service Catalog & Self ServiceThis person must be an excellent communicator and innovative thinker!
