• Bachelor's Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 3 years of recent Linux experience (or Unix based)
• At least 2 years of experience with scripting (Python, Shell, JavaScript)
• At least 2 years of experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• At least 1 year of experience with Jira and Confluence architecting and setup
• Ability to work independently to assess and address system issues
• Familiarity with development of production level enterprise tools

• Experience with OpenLDAP/SimpleSAML/OAuth
• Architecture experience in configuring and managing high availability Cross-Site experience
• Experience with upgrading Jira/Confluence from prior versions and performing migration
• Cloud, in particular Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Analyze as-is architecture for existing Jira, Confluence
• Provide to-be solution that will fit client requirements
• Document systems detailed architecture design
• Migrate Jira and Confluence database from Oracle to PostgreSQL
• Patch and upgrade application on an ongoing basis
• Develop automated enterprise-wide backup/restore (disaster recovery) scripts
• Create automated Jira/Confluence upgrade scripts
• Guide junior admin on technical tasks
• Migrate existing Jira/Confluence to new infrastructure and confirm data migration, etc.
• Develop Jira/Confluence handoff documentation for Operation & Maintenance Support
• Support potential future Jira/Confluence migration from on-premise to AWS cloud environment
• Daily management of Kanban task activities in Jira
• Participate in daily stand up meetings
• Support preparation of tool demos for client review
• Provide developer/administrator support to end-users
