$70,000+ Job – Searching for Male Caregiver for Quadriplegic

My name is Josh. I'm searching for a reliable and kind male caregiver to work in my home, covering every two weeks: 7 night shifts and 2 day shifts (schedule below).

I am 39 and paralyzed below the shoulders from a childhood sports injury. I operate a power wheelchair and live a fun meaningful life. I have a full-time job working from home. I have a wife and two kids. We live in a house in Potomac, Md.

I am looking to hire someone who is dependable, hard-working, patient, and good with kids. My ideal assistant has their own transportation, is a non-smoker, able to travel, and is looking for a long-term position with opportunities for financial incentives.

Here are some of the everyday tasks I need help with: getting in and out of bed (Hoyer lift), range of motion, bathing, incontinence assistance (bladder and bowel), grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, and help with other activities of daily living.

Week 1:

– Night Shifts: Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun (7 PM-9 AM = 4 x 14-hour shifts = 56 hours)

– Day Shift: Weds (9 AM- 7 PM = 10 hours)

Week 2:

– Night Shifts: Tues, Thurs, Fri (7 PM-9 AM = 3 x 14-hour shifts = 42 hours)

– Day Shift: Weds (9 AM- 7 PM = 10 hours)

Starting @23+/hr depending on experience. Bonuses are based on hard work and reliability.
