Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.Summary:The Defense Intelligence Agency's Directorate for Operations (DO) creates and manages disparate and critical initiativesto managedata elements essential to its specific authorized missions. While data sharing hasoccurredthrough collaborative means,the process is marred with inconsistent raw data formats,importing and exporting issues across databases,and antiquated systems that are not equipped to process large amounts of data accumulated over time.DOrequires more effective and efficient ways to access, store, and sharedataacross the Intelligence Community (IC) functional areas ultimately culminating into fully integrated Common Operational Picture (COP).Our Knowledge Managers (KM) will work as part of a greater team to support the DIA DO with the implementation of various tools and processes to better automate and standardize knowledge management within the organization. Our Knowledge Managers will develop anddesign and implement knowledge management solutions using various developing tools primarily within a well established SharePoint environment. Our Knowledge Managers will utilize these highly configurable SharePoint capabilities to integrate information data sets into the DIA DO COP. Some of these capabilities will be customized solutions designed specifically for DIA DO.The KM will play a major roleindeveloping data strategy, goals,and roadmaps toexecuteData Modernization,leveraging aphasedKM evolution. The KM serves as the specialist performingdutiesinvolvingidentifying,gathering,processing,storing, and analyzinglarge datasets,interpretingtrends,and communicatingresultsto manage and create new knowledge. The KM will develop technology-based automation,products, andimpactfulorganization aids to transformcritical businessdataintoconsumable insightleveragedby components and theDOCOP. Also,theKM will analyze businessprocesses,create,test,implement,maintain,and document automatedbusinessprocesses and collaborative services.ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the onsite Project Manager (PjM).

Work individually and as part of a team.

Participate in activities to help DIA DO modernize and improve data/information processing, and control, and providereal-timedata access across DO mission areas. This includesbut isnotlimitedto SharePoint, collaboration portals,internaldatabasesand/or file sharingsites,and other platforms.

Work closely with mission experts, program managers, and otherleaderstohelpstrategically plan,develop,analyze,and prioritize DO capabilities in support oftheDefense Intelligence Agency (DIA),DoD andICmission objectives.

Develop,create, and execute knowledge management strategies and frameworks to integrate and synchronize knowledge management across DO.Thisentails knowledge creation,capture, sharing (collaboration), use, and transfer while ensuring consistency, standardization,integration,quality assurance,and compliance with applicable policies.

Develop implement and definedetailedbusiness analytics to better evaluate impact,identify efficiencies, adjust priorities, and drive on-goingstrategic program and resource planning throughinformed decision-makingmilestones throughout financial and programmatic year.

Advise and guide exploratory creation of industry best practices in knowledge management innovation through best practices in industry andtransferor exploitation of established knowledge within the organization and the broader IC.

Pertaining to the knowledge management mission, assist inleveragingexisting technology and automation tools in a comprehensive approach that influences people, processes,culture andstructure.

Provide knowledge management support thatincludes data processing for statistical modeling and graphic analysis(metrics).

Performcomputer coding to automate collecting and processing data.

Perform data collection, produce results of analyses in graphs,charts, tables,and metrics and prepare products to describe and document findings and activities.

Brief senior leaders and decision makers on status updates, features, benefits etc

Contribute to and prepare monthly reports as required.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Current active TS/SCI security clearance.

Current CI Poly recognized by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) or ability to obtain as part of the onboarding process.

Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience working with MS SharePoint.

Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and experience conducting data and statistic manipulation.

Able to work individually and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent communications skills able to brief senior leaders and decision makers.

Willing and able to travel locally between DIA HQs on Bolling, AFB and DIA Offices within Reston, VA as needed.

Desired Qualifications:Successful completion of MS Certified Solutions Expert (eg. Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) or current applicable certification.

HTML coding experience such as Python to develop and manage data visualization tools.

Working knowledge of Tableau, ArcGIS and the ability to produce photo process/editing, graphic design and creation of professional multi-media presentations in SharePoint.
