Tasks & Deliverables:
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures.
  • Lead to conduct user acceptance testing of new releases of the timekeeping and workforce management system.
  • Outreach to all field personnel to minimize different communication touchpoints between support resources and users.
  • Liaison between OCM and Training for parallel iteration users between support desk and actions that require updates to training or updated Comms.
  • Primary weekend support shift for the parallel testing exercise when users have questions or need assistance using the Telestaff or Kronos WorkForce Central system.
  • Create and manage support tracking system for Kronos parallel testing to monitor adherence to SOPs and defined processes.
  • Develop metrics on parallel user utilization and determination of updates between the parallel iterations.
  • Primary support shift for the Kronos parallel testing exercise when users have questions or need assistance using the Telestaff or Kronos WorkForce Central system.
  • Responsible for the reports-to validation for go-live waves with the field and HR
  • Design schedule templates and to collect and update all schedules into Kronos for the wave go-lives; work with department leads and supervisors in the field to validate prior to each deployment wave
  • Work with department leads to define IVR usage for field users for each deployment wave.
  • Define requirements for software tools for developmental staff.
  • Use software tools to gather requirements, analyze needs, identify risk, propose designs, write documentation and conduct financial analysis.
  • Working closely with project managers to understand analytical needs, including identifying critical project-related KPIs, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to relevant decision-makers
  • Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions from stakeholders, and provides insights and recommendations back to stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining interactive and intuitive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Specialized Experience:
  • Kronos timekeeping and workforce management platform.
  • ERP systems, such as PeopleSoft HCM, Accounting, Payroll.
  • Experience in reengineering large scale business processes
