Laser Operator

N.J. Sullivan Inc. — Laser Operator (Full-Time)

Compensation: $18–$24/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (4-day work week)

About the Role:

N.J. Sullivan Inc. is hiring a Laser Operator to join our metal fabrication team. We laser cut and powder coat everything in-house and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented operator to help keep production moving.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC laser cutting equipment

Load, unload, and inspect parts for quality

Read and follow production travelers and blueprints

Perform basic machine setup and maintenance

Assist with material handling as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in metal fabrication preferred

Basic computer skills required

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
