Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, is seeking a Lead Senior Developer for a growth opportunity providing a suite of services promoting and/or developing the effective use of technology by establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions. This position is located in the Washington, D.C area. Essential Job Functions- Lead a team in research, design, and implementation of solutions for challenging problems
- Maintain high levels of knowledge, skill, and competencies in software development for an extensive range of project types
- Mentor junior developers
- Translate design requirements and specifications into successful implementations
- Work in a cross-functional team environment establishing solutions
- Proactively enforce standards and best practices
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading software development teams.
- Experience with database technologies, team collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, and deployment platforms, e.g. Jenkins or Git.
- 3-5 years' experience with AWS technologies preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
