Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, is seeking a

Lead Senior Developer for a growth opportunity providing a suite of services promoting and/or developing the effective use of technology by establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions. This position is located in the Washington, D.C area.

Essential Job Functions

Lead a team in research, design, and implementation of solutions for challenging problems
Maintain high levels of knowledge, skill, and competencies in software development for an extensive range of project types
Mentor junior developers
Translate design requirements and specifications into successful implementations
Work in a cross-functional team environment establishing solutions
Proactively enforce standards and best practices

Minimum Required Qualifications:

10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of experience leading software development teams.
Experience with database technologies, team collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, and deployment platforms, e.g. Jenkins or Git.
3-5 years' experience with AWS technologies preferred.
Minimum Bachelor's degree
