Isada Healthcare Services Inc. is looking for a few good LPN's who are also fluent in Spanish, with a positive outlook and a ready-to-work attitude. We are in need of good quality Nurses who are energetic, and desire to be part of a high-performing team. He/she should have an excellent attendance record, be punctual, and have a strong work ethic. They should also be able to work independently. The work schedules are overnight. Nurses will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and doctor. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to the Patient while remaining responsible and professional.

Responsibilities are as follows (but are not limited to):

Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients

Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

Maintain accurate patient medical records

Trach Care (will provide training)

Vent Care (will provide training)

G-Tube Care (will provide training)

Qualifications:

LPN or RN License in the State Of Virginia

Updated CPR & PPD

Ability to build rapport with patients

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
