Maintenance Tech/Handyman Needed – Bethesda Condo Complex

Location: Bethesda, MD

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM (Full-time)

Pay: $22/hr

Job Duties:

General maintenance tasks

Painting and touch-ups

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Grounds upkeep and minor landscaping

Responding promptly to resident maintenance requests

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual

Basic handyman skills and experience

Must have your own tools

Ability to work independently

Good communication and customer service skills
