Job DescriptionAs a Technician 1, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and operational. Your duties will include repairing and replacing appliances, furniture, equipment, and fixtures. You will evaluate furniture repairs to meet our customers' needs and conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues promptly. Additionally, you will fabricate and install various components as needed, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards. You will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and respond to task requests from tenants in a timely manner. Collaboration with other departments or contractors will be essential to ensure smooth operations and resolve maintenance issues.Hard Skills
