It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleManager Talent Analytics & Reporting - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Manager Talent Analytics and Reporting is responsible for leading the execution of the Talent Analytics strategy for Prime and the ongoing evaluation, development, and management of the function. This role will provide leadership to a team of Analysts responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Human Resource (HR) reporting & analytics products and services.Responsibilities

Lead the execution of the talent analytics strategy utilizing a pragmatic approach, continually advancing Prime’s Talent Analytics capabilities

Manage scope, schedule, planning, tasks, and testing of Talent Reporting & Analytics projects to ensure successful delivery of end product(s)

Consult and partner with functional HR and business areas to understand business issues, optimize and educate on the use of analytics, and translate user insights into effective, user-friendly tools and processes

Translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive talent related strategies, action, and decision-making at all levels across the organization

Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology that will effectively develop and deliver talent analytic & reporting solutions

Develop and maintain data governance and security structure and framework to drive high quality data and security

Maintain knowledge of benchmark data and analytics trends, identify areas of opportunities and partner with functional HR and business areas to make recommendations for changes/improvements based on internal and external data

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

6 years of work experience in Human Resources to include HR report writing or analytics

1 year of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to develop effective presentations using data to effectively communicate key messages

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality

Experience interpreting, organizing, and communicating analytics

Proven ability to build/maintain strong relationships across all of HR and the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading HR reporting & analytics function

Experience with Workday

Experience with Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Visier)

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Reporting Structure

Reports to a Director or Senior Director in the Human Resources department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $92,900.00 - $148,300.00 based on experience and skills.
