Market Brand Manager - TCL MobileLocationDC - WASHINGTONDrive Innovation as our next TCL Mobile Market Manager!The Market Manager – TCL Mobile is responsible for executing local sales and marketing initiatives that enhance TCL Mobile’s brand presence, drive product visibility, and increase market share. This role serves as the primary point of contact between TCL Mobile and its retail partners, ensuring that the brand is accurately represented and that sales targets are met. The Market Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional sales leadership, marketing, and field operations—to deliver cohesive, impactful initiatives in the field.What we offer:

Your Mission:
Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies
Coordinate in-store activations, product launches, and promotional events
Build and maintain relationships with retail leadership for optimal product placement
Act as Brand Ambassador; communicating product benefits to partners and consumers
Facilitate live and virtual product training sessions for retail teams
Support regional events as TCL's primary representative
Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail partners
Monitor and analyze market performance, sales trends and competitor activities
Compile reports and present insights to regional leadership
Manage regional marketing budgets and track expenses
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for marketing materials and displays
Manage monthly KPI goals for performance evaluation
Working Environment:
Frequent travel up to 75% by car or plane, including possible overnight stays
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
Motor Vehicle check will be conducted
Dynamic fast-paced environment requiring strong problem solving skills and adaptability
Who Will Drive TCL's Mobile Innovation:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, retail sales, training or brand management, ideally in mobile devices or consumer electronics
Proven success in executing regional marketing strategies and building relationships with carrier leadership
Ability to drive measurable sales outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related field
Physical requirements:
Able to stand, walk and move around for extended periods during store visits and events
Capable of lifting and transporting materials or displays up to 30lbs
