Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

About Us:

VienerX is a growing IT and security consulting firm serving clients across 20+ states. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help us stay top-of-mind with our customers, franchise partners, and industry contacts.

What You’ll Do:

Create and manage direct outreach campaigns (email, mailers, newsletters) targeting customers and partners

Maintain and update the company blog with relevant, engaging content

Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Support and coordinate production of internal and client-facing marketing content

Assist with basic video recording, editing, and graphics (preferred, not required)

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media coordination

Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or social media schedulers

Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is a plus
