Responsible for leading new hire onboarding classes + training.
Will be educating all employees on credit union policy and procedures.
Will lead monthly training sessions.
-Organization is key to growth.-Performs other job duties as required. -Assists members with financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, and applying for and closing loans. Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. Assists members in person, over the phone, through the internet and email, and through the mail/fax.
