Job Description The Enterprise Analytics and Modeling - Risk Management – Manager will join the Model Governance Solutions (MGS) team. The MGS team has responsibility to drive efficiency, consistency, compliance, and sustainability in first-linemodel governance activities across the enterprise, and has the following three strategic objectives:Driving efficiencies
in model management by developing clear and actionable governance, integrating relevant external guidance, and developing tools that simplify processes. Ensuring
risk-based executionand compliance of all internal model-related standards and policies by training, reporting, and monitoring applicable processes. Acting as a representative
with Model Risk Management and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of Model Owners, Users, Developers, and Application Owners.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEIn this role youwill supportstakeholders by managing the relationships, delivering results that have a tangible impact on their ability to execute on model governance requirements, and lead a team that will ensure risk-based execution of all model-related standards and policies. The Manager will also:Execute on strategies for governance compliance with emerging practice areas, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning
Work with stakeholders to ensure adequate closure of model governance-related critical supervisory matters, matters requiring attention, management self-identified, and all other issues
Perform review of model governance requirements, including documentation, to ensure applicable requirements are met
Identify, scope, and execute on process improvements
Facilitate information requests and related reporting activities across various stakeholders
Concisely and precisely translate, document, and define first-line requirements, associated artifacts, and required artifacts for the modeling community
Ensure high performance, appropriate prioritization, and measurable outcomes consistent with team responsibility and objectives for all direct or matrixed reports
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences6 years of relevant work experience
Organizational skills to ensure execution within a function of all aspects of the modeling lifecycle
Track record of execution focus, strong prioritization, and planning capabilities
Relationship management skills to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders across the company
Outstanding ability to drive and implement change initiatives and execute process improvements
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions and processes in business terms
Strong track record of motivating multi-discipline and multi-cultural stakeholders
Desired ExperiencesBachelor’s degree or equivalent
10 years of increasing responsible model development and model governance experience
