Join our cyber team and elevate your career.Work you'll do: This role will support our Client in advancing and maturing the security program for their classified systems. Will need to have knowledge of classified security systems policies, directives and guidance, federal cybersecurity directives, mandates, and legislative guidance governing classified systems and supporting infrastructure is essential. Must have the ability to develop and write policies to ensure compliance with national security requirements, cybersecurity policy experience is preferred. Experience with stakeholder engagement, executive presentations, and managing multiple high priority tasks is required. Role will also require quick responses to security inquiries from internal and external leadership requests for information. On-site/co-location required as needed. Needs someone to set a vision and roadmap to mature activities and governance and then execute and fulfill that vision. Project Management skills are necessary and the ability to think beyond today is crucial. Fulfillment of the vision will require you to build and lead the team; experience in doing so is key.Required:

Bachelor's degree required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Active Top Secret security clearance required with SCI eligibility.

10+ years of experience of project management and stakeholder engagement.

5+ years of hands on experience developing and write policies to ensure compliance with national security requirements.

5+ years of experience and knowledge of classified security systems policies.

Role sits in Washington DC.

Preferred:

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)

Cybersecurity policy experience
