10 days Onsite work Responsibility: Consultant will deliver detailed report with findings and recommendation within 5 business days after completion of assessment. Consultant will work with FMC staff during Core Business hours (9-5pm EST) Work will be performed at FMC Headquarters Site (800 North Capital St, NW, Washington, DC 20573 Consultant must deliver analysis and recommendation documents to the FMC Office of Information Technology staff member identified as primary contact. If any documents are required by the Consultant, a written submission for documents must be provided from the Consultant and the delivery of the documents will be verified by both the Government and Consultant. ConsultantTo have a network health check performed o Obtain a baseline for network performance o Verify if there is latency on the network and how to improve performance if there is latency ConsultantTo determine what is causing High Bandwidth utilization on the FMC/Lumen MTIPS Internet circuit based on Lumen reporting. o Lumen has reposted that the circuit has reached 100% utilized but cannot determine what is causing this issue. o Lumen has suggested that FMC upgrade the MTIPS circuit from 45Mbps without identifying the root cause of the high utilization ConsultantDetermine if FMC internal network settings are causing issues with Audio/Video (A/V) conferencing software (Teams and Zoom) o Also review network switch settings to determine if changes can stop the flickering with Audio/Video equipment in Conference Room 905 ConsultantVender of equipment suspects it is something or some setting that may be causing the issue ConsultantReview call health of Teams Calls ConsultantIssue may be caused by either the FMC internal network or Lumen Router that connects FMC to the internet.
