Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) - Risk Management - Lead Associate (Hybrid)

As a valued colleague on our Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) and Diversity and Inclusion team, you will provide expert advice on risk monitoring and reviews for the organization, coordinate risk mitigation activities, and provide risk mitigation assistance to other groups.We have one opening for this job and it can be worked on a hybrid basis from our Washington, DC, Reston, VA or Plano, TX office.

The OMWI- Risk Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Manage projects related to remediation of control gaps in processes.Provide key contributions during the internal/external examinations and remediation of identified issues.Liaise between partner areas related to risk governance activities.Contribute to the identification of gaps in the existing and development of new business processes.Prepare analyses and reports used to determine business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise.Monitor information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.Document resolutions and control guidelines.Review business strategies and make decisions that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.
