Old Hat is hiring Executive Chefs

Successful Old Town Bar is looking to expand its hours.

We're a non-corporate restaurant in Alexandria, Virginia, seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Our goal with this hire is to open for a full 6-7 days a week and to get a brunch menu up and running. Individuals who can help with this goal can expect generous compensation.

Qualified applicants will be able to:

Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Prepare and cook dishes

Ensure food quality and presentation

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Qualifications:

Prior Kitchen Management experience

Previous cooking experience

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
